1. The Directors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to dismiss a participant whose influence or actions are deemed to be unsatisfactory or detrimental to the Camp or who will not participate within the rules and policies of the Camp. 2. Camp Walden is not responsible for participant’s articles of clothing or personal belongings lost or damaged by fire, theft, etc. It is highly recommended that participants do not bring valuable items such as expensive clothing, jewelry, cameras, and electronic or musical instruments to camp. 3. Participant gives Camp Walden permission to reproduce and publish any photographs, videotapes, interviews or likeness of me and/or my family for advertising, commercials and any other purpose in any medium. 4. At no time are pets, any product containing tree nuts or peanuts, firearms, fireworks, tobacco, alcohol, vaping products or illegal substances allowed on the Camp Walden property. 5. Camp Walden will provide medical assistance for minor scrapes and bruises; however, for anything more questionable or more serious, participant should go to the Warrensburg Clinic, 3767 Main St, Warrensburg, NY (10 minutes from camp) or Glens Falls Hospital which is located in Glens Falls, NY (22 miles from Camp Walden). 6. I agree that my family members have permission to participate in all Camp activities including but not limited to sports, high ropes adventure course, mountain boarding, mountain biking, boating and swimming, some of which have greater risk of serious injury than others. I understand that part of the experience involves activities that may result in wildlife encounters including mammals, reptiles and insects that could result in infections and various insect-transmitted diseases. I am aware of these risks, and am assuming them on behalf of my family. Camp is not responsible for injuries that occur in the ordinary course of camp activities or that are due to circumstances beyond our control. I realize that no environment is risk-free and so I have instructed my family on the importance of using good judgment and abiding by the camp rules. 7. I acknowledge and hereby release and agree to hold harmless, Camp Walden (Camp Dream LLC) and its members, officers, directors, employees and agents, from any claim, charge or damage sustained by my family as a result of attendance and participation in the alumni reunion at Camp Walden. I agree that any dispute concerning, relating, arising out of or referring to the subject matter of this contract shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in Warren County, NY, according to the then existing commercial rules of the American Arbitration Association and the substantive laws of NY State. Camp Walden, in its sole discretion, retains the right to have any dispute moved to the NY Supreme Court located in Warren County, NY.
